Children and juveniles who have associated their attachment figures with stress due to negative experiences probably profit most from these effects. Since the relationship quality between children and therapists as well as teachers is a strong predictor for school and therapy success, horses could play a significant role in establishing such secure and trustful relationships and support successful therapeutic or pedagogic interventions. Keywords: horse-based interventions, neurobiology, human-horse-relationship ■ Strengthened with Horses in every Day School Life Magdalena Bauer Horse assisted pedagogics for pupils with inefficiency in every day school life. Everyday school life brings various challenges for academically weak students. Curative pedagogics with horses offers many opportunities to support affected children. Based on knowledge about neurological processes, horses can help to activate cognitive learning processes. Furthermore, they enable to create social and emotional experiences which have positive effects on everyday school life. Keywords: academically weak students, individualized learning education with horses, equine assisted education English Abstracts ■ 21.10.-22.10.2017 Kleine Kinder - große Aufgabe!
