Competitive athletes have an increased risk of training habits and competitions resulting in negative outcomes on their physical and psychological well-being. This project examines potential changes in mobility and body awareness in four competitive athletes after taking part in HIPS equine-assisted therapy. Positive changes on both physical and psychological levels were observed in all subjects after five lessons of HIPS equine-assisted therapy.
